Rinnai (tankless water heater) has a web site which lists the plumbers certified to install. I called 90% on the list. By far, Michael was the most competent. He discussed all our options, and could provide firsthand knowledge; having installed one in his own home. Other plumbers I spoke to had difficulty answering the basic questions that any consumer could have pulled directly off the web site. Before hiring Michael I called every reference making sure each family was happy with the unit and Michael’s work. The response was incredibly positive, and now I know why. Since Michael installed the Rinnai, I’ve had him back to fix the new construction mess (shower drain) left by another Atlanta plumbing company, as well as complete the finish work on our two upstairs bathrooms and laundry room. He is always respectful of our property as well as my time, but most importantly, his work is of the highest standard. I pass his name along to family and friends with confidence.
